DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY TO THE MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The company PARAMETRIK doo., Dekani 2, 6271 Dekani (hereinafter: PARAMETRIK) makes the following declaration to its customers:
- We undertake and declare that PARAMETRIK, as a personal data controller, manages the personal data of customers who are customers of the FIRE DESTROYER online store. If, for a specific purpose of personal data management, another entity other than the PARAMETRIK company is designated as the controller of personal data, the identity of this entity will be disclosed in connection with the specific purpose of personal data management.
- We further undertake and declare that such management of personal data is carried out in accordance with the relevant rules on the management of personal data and observes the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons when processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and national legislation on the protection of personal data and regional legislation relating to the operations of PARAMETRIK.
- We are committed to fully complying with the provisions of the legislation mentioned in point 2 of this notice in any management of personal data or in any personal data processing activity, and we will also expect the same compliance from our current – contractual – and future – potential partners.
- We declare that PARAMETRIK – before starting the management of personal data – will do everything in its power to ensure that every natural person to whom the personal data refers has the right to obtain information, in order to ensure that he has clear and precise information on the management of his personal data and on all his rights in relation to the management of the data relating to this and on the possibilities of legal remedies available to him.
- For PARAMETRIK, the protection of personal data is a key priority in the management of personal data, thus ensuring the right of the persons to whom the personal data refers to self-determination regarding their use. To achieve this goal, we ensure, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation mentioned in point 2 of this policy, adequate protection of the personal data we collect. The online store fire-destroyer.com uses SSL technology to transfer all of your personal data, which ensures the encryption of all information sent with orders. The information that you entrust to the controller is confidential. PARAMETRIK doo does not forward it to unauthorized third parties. However, personal data may be forwarded to trusted partners or based on a legal obligation, in accordance with the applicable law on personal data protection.

PARAMETRIK doo will use the data entered until deletion to process the user's order, prepare even more relevant offers and for marketing analysis that will help improve the sales process. The data may also be used for remarketing. PARAMETRIK doo data is stored until deletion or deletion in accordance with Slovenian legislation.
